Fans of Raków have lost patience, and the city president, Krzysztof Matyjaszczyk, faces a recall referendum. Matyjaszczyk made the promise to build a new stadium before the local election campaign, but now he has corruption charges and is banned from holding the office of president. The city is announcing an offensive regarding the stadium, but the location where the facility will be built is still unknown, and no funds have been allocated in the budget for the investment. And so it happens that Raków Częstochowa is the only club in the PKO Ekstraklasa that does not have a modern stadium worthy of the 21st century. But the fans of Raków are not giving up and still hope that a new stadium will be built in Częstochowa. So whether it succeeds or not, only time will tell. In any case, Raków Częstochowa needs a modern stadium to be able to compete with other clubs in the league. The city should make an effort to build this facility as soon as possible, because the fans of Raków can no longer wait. Next month, a special team will indicate where the stadium will be built, but for now, there is still no decision on this matter. The fans of Raków are keeping their fingers crossed that everything will work out and their club will be able to start playing on a new stadium.
