Raków Częstochowa has signed young goalkeeper Tarik Karic, a product of Bosnian club FK Zeljeznicar Sarajevo. In the summer of 2023, Karic moved to Austrian club SV Kapfenberg, but did not play a single game. After a year, he returned to his homeland, where he established himself as a strong player with his good performances. Last season, he played 35 games for FK Velez Mostar and kept 14 clean sheets. The new goalkeeper of Raków Częstochowa signed a contract until the end of June 2030. The contract includes an option to extend for another season. Karic's transfer is one of several reinforcements for Raków Częstochowa before the season. The club from Częstochowa also signed Dieudonné Gaucho Debohi from SM Caen and Oliwier Kwiatkowski from Polonia Bytom. And will these transfers allow Raków Częstochowa to fight for the Ekstraklasa championship? But for now, it's hard to say. So we'll have to wait for the start of the season to see how the new Raków Częstochowa squad will perform in the league.
