Raków Częstochowa are looking for a way to break their poor run of form in a Wednesday friendly against Polonia Bytom. The Częstochowa club have lost four of their last five league matches, leaving them 18th in the Ekstraklasa table with just three points.

Raków's last match was a 3-2 defeat to Korona Kielce on 19 September, preceded by a 2-3 home loss to Zagłębie Lubin. Their only win in this period was a 2-1 victory over Motor Lublin. Across the season, Raków have scored 12 goals but conceded 21.

The main attacking threat remains Patryk Makuch, who has five goals in nine appearances this season. In the last match against Korona, Lamine Diaby Fadiga and Bogdan Mircetic also found the net.

Following Wednesday's friendly, Raków Częstochowa return to league action and will face GKS Katowice at home on 9 October. The full schedule of upcoming matches is available in our fixtures calendar. The team must quickly find better solutions to close the gap in the table and avoid a relegation battle.
